  • Robert Whately
    Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer

    Robert is the founder and CEO of International Humanitarian Organization. Formerly, Robert had a professional career in medical research and clinical diagnostic pathology. Robert has held the following positions: Scientific Research Officer in the field of immunology and genetics at Princess Margaret Medical Research Foundation for Children; Bacteriologist at Hollywood Hospital in Perth, WA; Scientific Officer at the Medical Professorial Unit of the Department of Immunology, Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney, NSW; Medical Technologist in the Department of Agriculture in Perth WA. Robert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree and a Diploma of Ministry (USA). He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Robert is also a Commonwealth Civil Celebrant registered with the Attorney General’s Department and is a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants. Robert resides in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Gavin Doig
    Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary

    Gavin Doig is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Secretary with extensive accounting and business experience in Australia, as well as in South Africa and the United States. He is also a Registered BAS Agent. In 2001 Gavin set up his current public practice, providing outsourced CFO, professional accounting, company secretarial and business advisory services to a range of companies including ASX-listed companies. Prior to 2001 Gavin held various CFO/Senior Finance positions including in listed and unlisted public companies, multi-nationals, and a government corporation. Gavin has also been the Treasurer of a Not-for-profit organisation in Perth for 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting, an Accounting Honours degree and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. Gavin resides in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Mrs Roslyn Muir-Morison
    Executive Director, Communications Coordinator

    Roslyn is Director of, ANZ Customer Care, Oracle Corporation. Roslyn has over 30 years experience as an IT professional and is currently responsible for Customer satisfaction, process improvement and brand protection. Roslyn looks after several key accounts all iconic Australian brands. Prior to joining Oracle, Roslyn had a number of roles including State Manager at Aston Business Solutions, Regional Partner Manager at Sage and ANZ Channel Sales Manager at Epicor. She was also involved in establishing Dynamics International, a division of Praxa Limited. Roslyn’s skills include Channel Management and startup businesses. She has strong networking and remediation skills. Roslyn resides in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

  • Dr Natalia Bilyk
    Non-Executive Director, Consultant Psychiatrist

    Dr. Bilyk began her career in medical research in lung disease and then medical research administration at the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research in Western Australia. Thereafter, she chose to complete her medical degree at Flinders University of South Australia in 2004. She has gone on to specialise in psychiatry and works as a Consultant Psychiatrist for the Health Department in Western Australia. She is passionate about advocating for people stigmatised and disadvantaged by their mental illness and is currently working with mentally disordered offenders. She also enjoys teaching and is a casual Lecturer for the Notre Dame Medical School, Western Australia. Natalie is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.

  • Dr. Dominic Longo
    Non-Executive Director, Consultant Dental Practitioner

    Dominic is a general dental practitioner with over 30 years experience in private practice. He is currently Senior Principle of Applecross Dental Care. Over a period of six years he held positions of President of the Australian Society of Endodontology (W.A.) and Secretary/Treasurer of the Australian Society of Endodontology (W.A.). Dominic has been involved in the life of St. Benedict’s Parish and school for over 20 years. He was Chair of the St. Benedict’s School Board for four years and serves as an acolyte at St. Benedict’s Parish. He is a past member of the Applecross Rotary Club. Dominic is a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. This is an honorary award and reflects an individual’s high standards of professionalism, ethics and scholarship in dentistry. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Dental Science Degree. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society for Endodontology. Dominic lives in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Mr. Michael Bolan
    Non-Executive Director, Consultant Educator

    Michael is a dedicated, experienced educator and currently holds the position of Head of Campus in a prominent independent School in the Eastern suburbs of Perth. He has held a variety of educational leadership roles, with a focus on behavioural management, child protection, students with special needs curriculum development and staff performance management. Michael has experience with working in both Government and Independent Schools in Western Australia. Michael is a qualified educator who holds a Bachelor of Education Degree. Michael resides in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Narong Kittikundamrongporn
    Non-Executive Director, Mekong Region

    Narong works with WYAM as a member of the leadership team at Call2All CM campus in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He is also pioneering “Khon Thai Ministry”. Prior to returning with his family to his country of origin, Thailand, Narong was a leader of Asia Impact Ministry and a Pastor of the Thai Christian Community in Perth, a position he held for 7 years. Narong was also a missionary with Youth With A Mission. He was formerly the Pastor of Beaw-Lah Church in Chiang Mai, Thailand and a Coordinator of Frontier Labourer For Christ. Narong also established and been the pastor of the Meung Thai Church in Chiang Rai for 10 years. Narong has a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Divinity degrees. Narong resides in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

    Suzanne Whately
    Non-Executive Director

    Suzanne formerly was employed with the Bank of New South Wales in customer service and Information Technology. She then began a career in dental nursing. Suzanne has 30 years of experience in general dental nursing and has specialized as a periodontal nurse. Suzanne is also the Secretary of a Not-for-profit organisation in Perth, Western Australia. Suzanne holds a Diploma of Dental Nursing. Suzanne live in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Ryan Roberts
    Non-Executive Director

    Over the last 23 years Ryan has held the positions of Superintendent, Coordinator, Marine Representative and Project Manager with a US company that is a worldwide leader in the oil and gas industry. He regularly travels internationally. Ryan is involved in procedures, pre-job planning and post-job reporting as well as planning daily operations. He has worked on projects for major oil and gas companies.

    For the last 12 years Ryan has also been co-owner of a pre-school in the USA that provides child care and day care facilities as well as offering early learning, pre-kindergarten programs. Ryan resides in Louisiana, USA.
