Unique Learning Context
We encourage our supporters, donors, local communities, local and In-country partners, stakeholders and the public, whether in Australia or beyond Australian borders, to share their feedback with us.
We would appreciate your views on our work. Your response will be anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself below. We particularly encourage feedback from those who receive aid in the field. Each campaign is different and provides its own unique learning context.
Feedback can function as part of broader monitoring mechanism and can generate information for decision-making purposes. Feedback processes collect information for a variety of purposes, including taking corrective action in improving some elements of our humanitarian response to people in need and strengthening accountability towards affected communities.
Feedback Closes the Loop
Feedback is a mechanism that provides a forum on learning and performance in the humanitarian sector. Improving the effectiveness of humanitarian aid is carried out by identifying and evaluating system performance and progress. Feedback closes the gaps between designing a response and actual results on the ground. Feedback closes the loop.
We welcome your constructive feedback. It helps us to bring about positive change and improved humanitarian outcomes. If you would like to share your thoughts with us, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
