Feedback processes collect information for a variety of purposes, including taking corrective action in improving some elements of our humanitarian response to people in need and strengthening accountability towards affected communities.

Feedback is a mechanism that provides a forum on learning and performance in the humanitarian sector. Improving the effectiveness of humanitarian aid is carried out by identifying and evaluating system performance and progress.
